Try to request a room without the butterfly decorations, they can be a bit distracting.

I 100% recommend with confidence. The place is reasonably clean, the room is outstanding, the staff is really helpful and fantastically friendly. The venue has excellent and good setting in Old Town of Avila district not far from all major sights and historic town center and coffee shops.

Climate control, a work desk, and a TV inside the twin room were handy. The location was excellent and good - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, it was so close to historic town center, coffee shops and a supermarket: )

Couldn’t find a single fault.

I recently stayed for 6 nights and was absolutely charmed by my large room with comfy beds and a lovely bathtub. The thoughtful inclusion of a fridge and delightful light breakfast of cake and tea really added to the experience! One downside was the covered glass ceiling in the breakfast room – it could’ve used more sunshine.

Thoroughly enjoyed my quite comfortable stay at this hotel and would stay again and again. The room was fairly quiet and it had a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet, that's cool.

The unit we got was quiet and perfect with large modern bathroom. Magnificent and good location in the centre, met requests.

The decorations, especially the tacky butterfly art, felt juvenile!!! The internet connectivity was quite poor. I had to abandon it for my mobile data. A kettle in the room would be appreciated!!!

Friendly staff provided umbrellas during rain.

The staff were wonderfully friendly, offering charming coffee and cake each morning, while my Twin Room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a fridge.

Super cozy spot! The staff was super helpful and they even lent us an umbrella when it rained. Had the best time just chilling in the comfy common area with some coffee. Only thing was the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times.

The staff were friendly, always with a smile. One unexpected bonus was the lovely light breakfast with homemade cake and coffee, had it while lounging in a cozy vintage-style room, made for a perfect start to my day!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, the experience was worth every penny.
